Betsy Kruger Coordinator for Digital Content Creation (betsyk@illinois.edu)
Betsy Kruger is the Coordinator for Digital Content Creation and also administers the Oak Street Library Facility, the UIUC Library's high-density shelving facility. She coordinates the Library's participation in the Open Content Alliance, a group of cultural, technology, nonprofit, and governmental organizations from around the world that are helping to build a permanent archive of multilingual digitized text and multimedia content. She a member of the Internet Archive's Advisory Committee, and currently chairs the Library's Large-Scale Digitization Working Group. [+]

William Mischo is the Head of Grainger Engineering Library and Information Center and Professor of Library Administration at UIUC. Mischo was the Principal Investigator of the Illinois Digital Library Initiative and D-Lib Test Suite projects. He is an expert in XML, reference linking systems, simultaneous search systems, and end-user interface design for library applications. [+]

Timothy Cole is the Mathematics Librarian and Professor of Library Administration at UIUC. He is the Principal Investigator of IMLS Digital collections & Content Project. Cole is a current member of the OAI PMH Technical Committee. He is an expert in XML and related technologies such as XSLT and in the use of metadata schemas including the qualified and unqualified Dublin Core schemas. [+]

Michael Norman is the Head of Content Access Management (CAM), which consists of Serials Cataloging, Monograpic Cataloging, Authority Control and Database Management, and Metadata Services. Sarah Shreeves Coordinator for Illinois Digital Environment for Access to Learning and Scholarship (sshreeve@illinois.edu)
Sarah Shreeves is the Coordinator for the Illinois Digital Environment for Access to Learning and Scholarship (IDEALS), the institutional repository at UIUC. She is the editor of the Digital Library Federation’s Best Practices for OAI Data Provider Implementations and Shareable Metadata. She also led the DLF Aquifer Metadata Working Group to establish a set of guidelines for shareable MODS records. Sarah is an expert in use of the OAI PMH and interoperable or ‘shareable’ metadata. Zoe Chao Visiting Metadata Librarian (schao2@illinois.edu)
Zoe Chao is the Portal Librarian of Illinois Harvest Portal where she manages the workflow and the website. Zoe was previously the UIUC cooridnator for the IMLS Digital Libraries Education Program after she completed her MS in Library and Information Science at UIUC in December 2005. She also holds an MS in Fisheries and Wildlife from Michigan State University. [+]

Myung-Ja Han Metadata Librarian (mhan3@illinois.edu)
Myung-Ja (MJ) Han is a Metadata Librarian and Assistant Professor of Library Administration. She graduated from the UIUC GSLIS Masters program in May 2006. Before earning an MS in Library Science, MJ worked for the Korean Central News Paper in New York City as a reporter and editor. She also has worked in Public Relations and Planning Dept.of Samsung Electronics Co. in Korea. At UIUC she worked in the Cataloging and Metadata Unit. MJ has a BA in Korean Literature and Linguistics. [+]
